Reviews of Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu

The hotel's location is very strategic and conveniently near popular seafood restaurants. The spacious rooms were well-maintained, even in the older building. The hotel management has made efforts to renovate and ensure comfort. The swimming pool was a great addition, and there was even a free space for roller skating near the pool area. The breakfast's nasi dagang was highly recommended.
All good.

Excellent Value for Money: This hotel offers affordable rates, especially considering its convenient location near the beach and town area.
Room for Improvement: While most aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, some improvements can be made in terms of check-in efficiency and pool cleanliness.

I loved the hotel's strategic location as it was a short distance from the town area and only a stone's throw away from the beautiful Batu Buruk beach. The breakfast buffet spread was impressive as they included continental, Chinese, Malay, and vegetarian dishes. The staff was accommodating and provided a disable-friendly room for my parents.
Nothing at all.

Located conveniently close to the night market and there was a market near by that was open early in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering to arrange for taxis. The breakfast was good, with a variety of local dishes and western options.
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and wasn't properly cleaned. The bed sheets had stains on them, and the carpeting in the room was stained and had a peculiar smell.
